VOLUNTEER APPLICATION DEADLINE
FRIDAY, APRIL 18TH
Thank you for your support and commitment to volunteering at Drew Charter School! To ensure a smooth process for end-of-year activities, we have set a deadline of April 18th for submitting Request to Volunteer Forms. The final day for fingerprinting will be May 1st, allowing ample time to update the volunteer spreadsheet before field day and other events.
Parents: If you need to establish or renew your clearance status, please submit your request as soon as possible using the instructions below. Clearances are valid for 2 years across all academies. Additionally, if you need to know your clearance status, email drewvolunteers@drewcharterschool.org with Current Clearance Status in the Subject Line.
NOTE: To volunteer for Field Day, you will need Level 2 clearance.
Drew Clearance Process:
For Level 2 Clearance, please complete the Request to Volunteer Form and submit a scanned copy of the front and back of your unexpired driver's license or state ID, passport, or permanent resident card to drewvolunteers@drewcharterschool.org. Once received, your Level 2 Clearance will be processed.
If you wish to acquire Level 3 clearance, you must complete the step above, and you will receive instructions to schedule fingerprinting appointments.
All forms will be completed at the time of your appointment for Level 3 Clearance. Please do not complete any packets that you may have previously received.
Clearances are valid for 2 years across all academies.
